Began as a Military Policeman in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. I began with the Greater St. Louis, Mo. Police Academy. After I served as a patrolman, detective, crime scene investigator, supervisor, environmental officer, law enforcement computer systems training and management, and coordinator of Department of Justice Law Enforcement Grants. 50 years of experience. Licensed, certified financial services area.
Fraud Investigations
Investigated fraud crimes for businesses and consumers. During this time I created a system that can detect a financial fraud crime and prevent losses. The Financial Instrument Security Transaction System has been implemented within the United States.
